Crewsin’ Co. creates handmade car fresheners ("freshies"). All products are handmade and may

have slight variations in color, design, and finish. These variations are normal and not considered

defects.

By accessing or purchasing from Crewsin’ Co., you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Car fresheners are intended for use at the customer’s own risk.

Do not place freshies directly on dashboards, seats, or other surfaces.

Keep freshies away from children, pets, and direct contact with skin.

Exposure to heat may cause melting, fragrance oil leakage, or damage to vehicle interiors.

Crewsin’ Co. is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper placement, or failure to follow care instructions.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for proper use of the product.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Orders may not be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Processing Time

All freshies are handmade to order unless otherwise stated.

Processing time is typically 7-10 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

5. Shipping

Crewsin’ Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade and scented products:

All sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Any issues

must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

7. Allergies & Sensitivities

Crewsin’ Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrance oils or materials used in our products. Customers are responsible for reviewing scent descriptions and ingredient before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, product names, and content are the property of Crewsin’ Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crewsin’ Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

By purchasing, you agree to release Crewsin’ Co. from any liability related to product use.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
